Lumbar Spine Surgery

Lumbar decompression surgery, is often considered a minimally invasive operation. This operation is performed to alleviate pain related to the pinching of the nerve root.

Microdiscectomy

At a microdiscectomy, a small section of the bone over the nerve root or any loose disc fragments from under the nerve root are removed to ease neural impingement and to provide additional space for the nerve to heal.
